4. On the opposite side locate the internal radiator. This will have to be extracted to make installation easier.

To do this on most models it will require two people

5. Remove the wires held in place by the plastic clips on the inboard side of the radiator, these hold in the power

cables for the fan to ensure they do not get caught in the fan props.

6. Remove the three M5 screws holding in the radiator in place

7. Gently lift the horizontal sheet metal shelf above the radiator to allow for clearance of the radiator ﬁttings.

8. Tiptheradiatoroutandsetontheoornexttotheunit.Ensurethatnoneofthehosesbecomelooseasthey

will leak

CAUTION

Theradiatorisfullofcoolantandtwopeoplearerecommendedforremoval.Caremustbetakennotto

damage the radiator ﬁns. Damaged ﬁns reduce the cooling capacity of the radiator.

9. Loosenonenutoneachbussbarlocatedbehindtheradiator.Dependingonyourlevelofupgradetheremay

be more or less wires on the buss bars as shown below.
